We are one of the leading workshops for repairs to pipes, lighters and selected accessories, providing an all-round service to customers from all of Europe, including retailers from the tobacconist and jewellery industries as well as private customers. We are a long-term partner for the repair of Dunhill, Stanwell, Rowenta, Peterson’s, Ronson and other products.
Lighters
Is your lighter faulty or defective and in need of a professional repair? You’ve found the right people! Our warehouse contains original spare parts covering many products made over the last 100 years. This enables us to professionally repair almost any lighter.
Pipes
When it comes to pipe repairs most people think of replacement mouthpieces. But it can also involve cleaning the pipes’ bowl or converting it to a 9mm filter system. We do all of this on a daily basis.
Accessoires
Selected accessories such as writing instruments, cigarette tips, cigar cutter from Dunhill and Davidoff expand our range of services for you.
Submit repair
In addition to the repair of almost any lighter or pipe, we can also service nearly all products made by Dunhill. Whatever the problem or defect, we will analyse and repair your product and, on request, inform you in advance of the cost.
We recommend that you first consult one of our service partners or collection points in your area. Our Store Locator can help you find one.
If there is no service partner or collection point nearby, you are more than welcome to send us your item directly. Print and fill in the repair order form and send this with your item to us.
